This policy explains how Mohit Nagaraj handles personal information submitted through this portfolio website. I keep data collection to a minimum and use it only for the purposes described below.

Information I collect

This site does not require you to create an account, and I do not sell your data. The information involved is limited to:

  • Your name, email address, project or request type, and message when you submit the contact form or contact me directly.
  • Appointment details you choose to provide when you book a call through Cal.com.
  • Basic technical data that hosting providers may record automatically, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and request time, for security and service operation.

How I use it

Any information you provide is used only to respond to your enquiry, discuss potential work, and deliver services you request. I do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Third-party services

The contact form is delivered through EmailJS, and scheduling is handled through Cal.com. These providers process the information needed to deliver the service and may process it in countries where they operate, under their own privacy policies.

The site also links to third-party platforms such as GitHub, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and my external blog. Their privacy policies apply when you visit or interact with those services.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioural analytics. Embedded or linked third-party services may use cookies when you interact with them, subject to their own policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention

I keep enquiry and project information only for as long as needed to respond to you and fulfil our working relationship, plus any period required for legal or accounting purposes.

Your rights

Subject to applicable Indian law, you may ask to access, correct, update, or delete personal information you have shared with me, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact me using the email below and I will respond to reasonable requests.
